I am living under a rock
and I can't seem to crawl out. I feel like there is a 50 million pound weight on me because I have so much to do these days and just can't catch up. Things "to-do" keep piling up. This blog is one major factor. I am WAAAYYYY behind on posting things. The photos in this post are from August. Yes, August... and we are now in November! Ugh. There are hundreds of photos sitting here on my computer, needing to be organized. Some day soon I'll get to them all, I hope, but I'm not counting on it.
Anyway, here's one little grain in the mountain I have to climb :) This was our trip to Sedona to stay in the Forest Houses with my parents. They "allow" us to join them every year and I always look forward to the trip. It's so beautiful and relaxing there. My one goal of this trip was to try to take our family photo. I just wanted one decent shot with all 5 of us. That's not too much to ask, right? Well, apparently, it's not exactly simple. I got a shot, or two, but they are far from perfect. Between rain, heat, allergies, tired, crying babies and an uncooperative 4-year-old, I suppose I'm lucky to have us all in the picture to begin with! The remainder of the weekend was pretty nice aside from Marshal's sinus infection and the lizard I found in Quincy's bed (which she will never know about)! We played games, ate good food and spent some great time with family and friends. It's definitely a tradition I hope to continue throughout my kids' lives.

Picture Day!
The daycare does the good ole traditional picture day. Gotta love the poses and studio backdrops :) Quincy is four and the babies are about 6 1/2 months here.
