That's What Friends are For

Last weekend we threw all of our cold weather attire into the truck and headed up to Prescott with some friends. It was sort of a spur of the moment trip and it ended up being perfect. There is nothing better than just hanging out with good friends, eating good food, having good conversation and watching the kiddos giggle, cry, pout, cry and giggle some more. Oh the drama of two-and-three-year-old girls!

While the men went snowboarding, Alex & I took the girls into downtown, checked out a cute boutique and had lunch (which we barely made it through with the tired, nap-ready little girls).

The next day, we left the men at home with the girls and we spent the afternoon antique shopping and having lunch. It was HEAVEN.

To top it off, it began to snow on Saturday night and by morning there was just enough on the ground for the girls to play in. It was Quincy's first snow! So exciting!

It was a great getaway with some great friends. Thanks so much for the good times!
